HOW IT WORKS | Everytime you place an order with Tour City, you will receive points based on what you ordered. Points are not based on dollar amounts, but rather what you're ordering with us. For example, if you order (2) 6' x 6' Scrims, you'll recieve 50 points. Those points will add up as you continue to work with us and you may cash them out for discounts on new orders or even FREE products at any time!
CUSTOMERS | Below you will find your designated Customer I.D. along with each of your orders where you earned points. This is where you'll keep track of how many points you have as well as what you can recieve if you decide to cash out! POINTS AND ORDERS | At the bottom of this page, you'll find a chart that shows how many points you will receive based on your order. You will not earn new points when you cash out your current points and place a new discounted order or receive free products. Tour City holds the right to withhold points from customers or not allow customers to receive points for certain orders if prior arrangements have been made regarding discounts. CASHING OUT | When you decide to cash out your points, you can receive any of the discounts and items listed below based on how many points you have. There are some items and services we offer that you may not use your points on. If you would like to use your points to receive Free Products but want additional specs on your new order, we will deduct the cost of the FREE Products and you will pay the difference of the additional specs. For example, we offer (50) 1 or 2 color FREE T-Shirts as a reward, but if you want to add a color to the imprint, you will only have to pay the difference of the additional color. If you have any questions about cashing out your points or future discounts, please contact us and we may be able to accomodate your order.
